Today was a very sad day for me. My least
favorite dog killed my pet Lily. I had fun
watching her grow. She fiercely protected my
chickens from hawks. Contrary to what you may
think, turkeys make entertaining pets. The wind
blew like crazy here and she got a little flighty
just before it was time to put her in her house.
R.I.P. Lily.

I made menudo the other day and
served it with jalepenos stuffed
with homemade cheese made from
Belle's milk. Yum! Served with fresh
guacamole, limes, cilantro, onions,
peppers and Corona.
